We've had a couple more rougher days with the baby and it seems he's learned to cry. Our easy baby never cried unless I was pulling him out of the bath but now I hear it a few more times a day when he's hungry, has a full diaper or is just generally having a grumpy moment. Overall he's still such a wonderfully easy baby and we are very blessed. I am hoping after he gets over a little bit of tummy troubles (or I figure out what it was that I ate he didn't tolerate) that we go back to the calmer version of Baby K.
Being a mommy is so wonderful. He's growing so much everyday, and I like the fact that it did come naturally to know what he wants and needs and that he wants and loves us. I am fully convinced he has real smiles (not just gas) and of course that he is the best and brightest baby around, lol! My family so far seems supportive of my photography habit and ritual posting of new pictures on Facebook. It's amazing to see how much he's changed in just 23 days!
Now it's time to look for a bigger house, get a job for CK that he likes and can throw himself into and get all the paperwork sorted for our first trip to Canada with Bug! I am sick of being 'lazy' for the lack of a better word and want to start getting busy and organized again! Like the title says, it's time to move on to bigger and better things!
Look at his little "sleep smile"! My husband's Gran swears to everyone that Andrew has smiled at her and it makes me so mad - LOL! I keep telling her he won't be able to smile for a few more weeks. I can't wait for him to do a real smile at me but the gas/reflex ones still melt my heart!
ReplyDeleteHe is such a cutie. :)
